#8 Love Actually on Blu-ray (November 3rd)

How can anyone not be excited for this film to finally hit Blu-ray.  Back in 2003 this movie came out to little fanfare only making 60 million, but it seems every year around the holidays it reappears in Amazon’s Top Seller list.  Well it is finally coming to Blu-ray in glorious 1080p resolution.

Another reason I’m excited for this release is the fact HD-DVD users have been able to enjoy this film in 1080p since 2005 makes it even worse.  Well luckily a lot has changed then, their format is dead and Blu-ray keeps humming along.

The Ten Things I’m excited about in November

Over the next two weeks I’m going to go through the 10 things I’m most excited about for this coming November.  Let’s start with #10

#10  Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 (November 10th Release Date)

The sequel to 2007’s game of the year.  It’s got everything the original had and more including more perks, better graphics and a more robust single player mode.  I can’t remember a game that captivated me like Modern Warfare did, I found it hard to put down and still am amazed by the fluidity of the game.  The Frame Rate always felt lightning quick especially nowadays where games seem to be less smooth in order to have better graphics.
